What is the return policy?
At Project Jørney, we want you to feel completely confident when you shop with us. If something isn’t quite right, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive your return, we’ll usually process your refund within 3–5 business days. And if you need any help along the way, our support team is always ready to assist.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, some items are marked as final sale, which means they can’t be returned or exchanged. We do this mainly for clearance or limited-edition products. Don’t worry though, we’ll always make it clear on the product page if an item is final sale before you check out.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
